We are seeking a CNC Mill Machinist with 5+ years of experience. <ul><li>Skills required: </li><li> 5 years minimum experience as a CNC Mill. (G-Code)</li><li> Vertical and Horizontal machining experience ( Mori Seiki, Mazak, HAAS).</li><li> Knowledge of tooling and different applications to apply.</li><li> Ability to do setups required to complete the part, including work holding.</li><li> Ability to calculate speeds and feeds for a variety of materials.</li><li> Must be able to hold tight tolerances. (+/- .0005)</li><li> Proficient at using inspection equipment. (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.)</li><li> Ability to read and understand blueprints, engineering drawing and interpret computer programs sent to machine centers.</li><li> Use blueprints, specifications, job routings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances to plan daily machining.</li><li> Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.</li><li> Detect and trouble shoot problems by taking measurements, adjusting controls, closely monitoring drilling, and cutting.</li><li> Very good communication skills.</li><li> Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.</li><li>Ability to lift 50lbs</li></ul> This is a safety sensitive position.
