Position Overview: B&amp;T USA is seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Set-up Machinist who can plan, set up, and run various parts of the CNC machines. The CNC Set-up Machinist will maintain quality, safety standards, and keep records while maintaining equipment and supplies of the machines. CNC Set-up Machinist

Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities Set up, adjust and operates one or more Swiss CNC Lathe machines to produce metal components with tight tolerances in a job shop with daily set-ups. The position requires the individual to be able to take the program and set up the machine and meet production set-up and run times. Essential Functions <ul><li>Read machining instructions, blueprints, work orders, and specification sheets to define machine settings and fixtures</li><li>Properly powering up and down the machine, load, and unload parts, ensure proper tooling.</li><li>Set up and operate machine to verify accuracy of CNC settings or programs, calculating and setting controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.
