Our Swiss turning department can produce complex implants and instruments with unmatched precision.

• Deep hole drilling with high-pressure coolant for cannulations
• High-speed milling spindle for accurate hexalobe production
• Full 5-axis milling for off-axis production of intramedullary nails
• Thread whirling for implantable screws and taps
• Diameters up to Ø32mm for large implants and orthopedic handles
• Lights-out automation to reduce device cost
