The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and machining centers
- Load, run, and edit programs at the machine as required
- Select tooling, set work and tool offsets, and verify fixturing
- Run high-mix, short-run precision jobs
- Hold tight tolerances for aerospace and medical components
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain quality
- Assist in building custom fixtures when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with programmers, quality, and other machinists

What We’re Looking For
Required
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (or vocational training)
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Comfortable holding tolerances and inspecting parts
- Strong understanding of tooling and offsets
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Preferred (Not Required)
- CNC trade school certification
- Experience editing programs at the machine
- SolidCAM exposure
- Experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing
