The Milling Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Milling Department, to ensure we make quality products to engineering specifications and to ensure the department runs in a smooth, efficient manner at all times. This position includes creating, modifying and optimizing the CNC milling and CNC mill/turn programs and any future machines that are implemented.Essential Skills and Responsibilities: Develop skills of associates in the areas of leadership, customer support, problem solving etc. Resolve any associate performance issues as needed.
