What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Machinist, you'll manufacture tight-tolerance aerospace components while maintaining the quality standards required for commercial aircraft production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC and conventional machine tools
- Running multi-axis machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, turning, and grinding
- Loading and adjusting CNC programs at the machine as needed
- Selecting tooling, setting offsets, and verifying workholding
- Performing first-article and in-process inspections
- Reading blueprints and engineering specifications
- Troubleshooting machining issues and adjusting tooling or offsets
- Operating multiple machines when required
- Performing routine preventative machine maintenance
- Working closely with quality, engineering, and fellow machinists to keep production moving safely and efficiently
Programming is not required. Setup experience is preferred, but machinists looking to continue developing their setup skills are encouraged to apply.

- 5-axis machining experience
