We serve companies both internationally and domestically.Scope:Produces machined parts by programming, setup, and operation of CNC Swiss-lathes. Maintains strict compliance to the internal quality standard, customer quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Must have good social skills and be able to work well with a passionate team. </li><li>Program, set up, and optimize machining processes on Swiss CNC lathes with live tooling. </li><li>Use sound practices to select cutting tools, determine optimal cutting parameters, and develop toolpath strategies that ensure part dimensions are produced within tolerance and with a high degree of repeatability. </li><li>Efficiently utilize advanced CAD/CAM software; Autodesk PartMaker and/or SolidWorks</li><li>Interpret part drawings and specifications, including geometric dimension and tolerance (GD&amp;T) callouts. </li><li>Troubleshoot production machining processes to identify root causes of part defects and implement process changes that improve overall quality, and/or improve through put. </li><li>Aide in the procurement of job supplies.</li><li>Aide in the implementation of Engineering Change Orders and Correction Action / Preventive Action processes.</li><li>Guide and support team members when they need support with programming, setups, troubleshooting and the operating of CNC equipment.</li></ul>Experience/Education:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>High School Education or 10+ years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li><li>Minimum two years in a machine shop environment</li><li>Experience in Swiss-type CNC machines required</li><li>Experience with Fanuc controls preferred</li></ul>Travel Requirements:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimal.
