Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Okuma lathes utilizing Fanuc controls.
• Execute complex machining operations, including high-precision turning and specialized gear cutting.
• Interpret technical data by reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and job routing sheets accurately.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting your own parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure tight tolerances.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record programming, setting up, or operating CNC lathes.
• Control Systems: Direct experience with Fanuc controls is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading capabilities, and shop math skills.
• Gear Cutting: Prior familiarity with gear cutting processes is a plus, but a strong desire to learn through our training program is highly encouraged.
• Mindset: A quality-first approach to production and a history of reliable attendance
