Overview Reporting to the Machine Center Manager, the Machine Center Lead operator produces machined parts by programming, setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machine. They are expected to maintin quality and safety standard, keep record and maintain equipment and supplies. While this is a 1st shift position this person may be required to assist other shifts (2nd and 3rd) when issues as they arise. Responsibilities <ul><li>Works with Machining Manager to achieve department and company goals</li><li>Train employees, plan &amp; develop machining projects.
