Ricaurte Precision, Inc. (RPI) is a technology-first, automation-driven precision machine shop delivering mission-critical components to the aerospace, medical, defense, semiconductor, and energy sectors. Located in Orange County, CA, we machine some of the industry’s most complex parts—using advanced 5-axis machining, multi-axis turning, Swiss screw machining, Wire EDM, and 24/7 lights-out automation.

RPI produces more than 300 unique precision components each month, machining challenging materials like titanium, Inconel, stainless steels, Hastelloy, Vespel, PEEK, and more—holding tolerances as tight as ±0.0002”. Our facility blends high-end equipment with modern software, AI-driven workflows, and an ERP system that keeps the entire shop connected.
