This is a full-time, hands-on machining position where you’ll be setting up and running CNC mills and lathes in a dynamic job shop environment.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Set up CNC milling and turning machines (Haas, Mazak, Fanuc controls) with proper tooling and fixtures</li><li>Interpret blueprints, GD&amp;T, hand sketches, and verbal instructions to machine precision components</li><li>Machine parts from steel, stainless steel, tool steels, aluminum, plastics, and exotic alloys</li><li>Ensure quality throughout the process using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, height gages, etc.)</li><li>Work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-mix environment</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Minimum 2 years CNC milling experience in a job shop environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of CNC setup for both mills and lathes</li><li>Ability to read and understand blueprints &amp; GD&amp;T</li><li>Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, and Haas controls</li><li>Experience with inspection equipment and machining tolerances</li></ul><h2>Why Join D&amp;D Manufacturing?</h2>At D&amp;D, we believe in hiring skilled craftsmen and investing in advanced technology.
