Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Develop CNC Programs and manufacturing processes for new and legacy 5 axis, mill-turn, and/or Swiss lathe parts.</li><li>Utilize best programming practices to create efficient and reliable CNC programs</li><li>Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings for custom tooling, work holding, and fixtures using SolidWorks or similar.</li><li>Program parts and fixtures using CAM software using Fusion360</li><li>Use machine simulation software to ensure collision free code.</li><li>Aid in quoting new work, including design for manufacturability feedback to customers.</li><li>Set up and run CNC mills and lathes as needed to support new product introduction and continuous improvement efforts.</li><li>Communicate and resolve issues with machinists.</li><li>Develop and implement continuous improvement ideas on new and legacy parts.</li></ul> Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:<ul><li>Experience with GD&amp;T and knowledge of complex inspection techniques is required (CMM, Vision System, etc.)</li><li>Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible / Detail-Oriented.</li><li>Reliable and dependable.</li><li>Positive internal and customer focused attitude.</li><li>Must enjoy fast pace and rapidly changing environment.</li><li>Strong ability to organize, prioritize and execute.</li><li>Champion projects to ensure meeting customer delivery.</li><li>On-the-job training and growth will be provided for the motivated applicant.</li><li>Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.</li><li>Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.</li><li>Positive attitude and desire to contribute will make you successful in this role!</li></ul> Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
