• Typical roles Wilson Machine is hiring for includes;
  • CNC Machinists / Programmer
  • All machinists do their own programming
• Locations in Alabama:
  • Hillsboro, Decatur, Cordova
• About the machinist roles:
  • You get a job traveler and a blueprint and you can program in Gibbscam or at the machine
• Machine types:
  • Horizontal boring mills
  • CNC vertical mills
  • Mills are primarily 3-4 axis
  • 5-axis lathes
  • VTL's
• Controls:
  • Fanuc, Haas
• Shifts:
  • 4 X 10 hour shifts (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)
  • 1st shift is standard hours
  • 2nd shift is 3:30pm - 1:30am, Mon - Thurs, with some options over the weekend
• Pay 💵🤑💲:
  • Competitive pay. All negotiable on experience.
  • Time and a half after 40 hours
  • All the opportunity in the world for overtime
