Machinist Tiers:

• Machinist I – 2–4 years experience, supervised setups, light-risk work
• Machinist II – 4–10 years experience, autonomous setups, complex parts
• Master Machinist – 10+ years, leadership potential, R&D involvement

Programmers:

• CNC Programmer I, II, and III levels depending on programming and machining experience
• All programmers work with 5-axis machines and Inconel parts for flight-critical assemblies

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (10% shift differential)
• Overtime: Common, paid at a premium, especially during launches

• Machinist I: $25–$30/hr
• Machinist II: $27–$35/hr
• Programmer I–III: $32–$40/hr
• Supervisor Roles: Up to $148,000/year
• Engineers: $112,000–$143,000/year
• Manufacturing Specialists: $40–$52.25/hr
