Many of our team members have been here 20–30+ years.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Set up and operate <strong>large Vertical Turning Lathes (VTLs)</strong> to produce high-precision components</li><li>Program and edit with <strong>Mazatrol</strong> controls</li><li>Create workholding solutions and select tooling for efficient setups</li><li>Load, unload, and secure large parts using overhead cranes and fixtures</li><li>Perform first-article inspections and ensure parts meet blueprint and GD&amp;T requirements</li><li>Contribute to process improvements, Lean 6S, and ISO standards</li><li>Train and mentor co-workers as needed</li><li>Meet production goals for quality, throughput, and cycle times</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Strong <strong>blueprint reading</strong> and <strong>GD&amp;T knowledge</strong></li><li>Proven experience setting up and operating VTLs or other large turning equipment</li><li>Comfortable with crane operation and handling large parts (up to 35 lbs)</li><li>Versed in <strong>Mazatrol language</strong> (required)</li><li>Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and quality-first mindset</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong> CAD familiarity, tooling knowledge, and prior training in Lean or ISO manufacturing principles.</p><h3>Hours &amp; Pay</h3><ul><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM</li><li><strong>Pay:</strong> $22.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)</li><li><strong>Shift:</strong> Day shift in an <strong>air-conditioned facility</strong></li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>401(k) + 401(k) matching &amp; profit sharing</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off &amp; tuition reimbursement</li><li>Employee referral program</li></ul><h3>Why Join D.P.
