The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Operate CNC and production machines that are already set up
- Load and unload parts per work instructions
- Perform simple assembly tasks
- Conduct basic in-process inspections to detect quality issues
- Verify certifications and documentation against prints and routers
- Maintain production records and ensure paperwork is accurate
- Assist team members to keep multiple machines running
- Support shipping and miscellaneous production needs as assigned
- Follow safety, quality, and GMP standards

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or GED

- Prior manufacturing or production experience
- Experience using calipers or micrometers
- CNC exposure (operator-level)
