CNC machinists and operators at Safespill work on:

• Part Types: Large aluminum floor panels, extrusion fixtures, profile components
• Production Style: Repeat production with ongoing process improvements
• Typical Tolerances: ±0.003 to ±0.001
• Programming & Setup: Operators interface directly with programmers; future growth into 5-axis and EDM machining is encouraged
• Materials Machined: Primarily aluminum, with possible expansion into extruded materials
