CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd Shift

<p>1st Shift&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Ready to help us disrupt the manufacturing industry as a Maintenance Technician? Then, let’s talk!</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Perform daily maintenance tasks for the machine tool coolant process, including maintaining proper concentration levels, sump discharge, and chip removal.</li><li>Perform daily reviews of oil and lube usage, ensuring levels are properly maintained throughout production at CNC Machines</li><li>Complete monthly machine filter changeouts to ensure fans and other systems are working at optimal conditions</li><li>Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance of CNC and manual manufacturing equipment, including associated equipment such as forklifts and man lifts.</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, and repair a wide variety of manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Perform maintenance on plant equipment, including automated inventory systems, saws, presses, lifting devices, overhead cranes, coolant systems, and compressed air systems.</li><li>Comply with all quality standards and QMS work instructions and assist in audits by providing required maintenance records.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>3+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical or moving maintenance.</li><li>Forklift driving experience and an ability to reference and interpret part manuals.</li><li>Proficiency with electrical test and diagnostic equipment (volt meters, ammeter, oscilloscope, and AC drives).</li><li>Electrician skills, including correct wiring practices, and replacement of push buttons, breakers, motor starters, and field sensors.</li><li>Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams</li></ul><p><strong>Why Northeast Tool?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Medical/PPO, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>Company Matched 401K (Roth and traditional)</li><li>Challenging and rewarding career</li><li>Family, team-focused working environment</li></ul><p>We believe the only way our company can grow is when we nurture the growth of our employees.
