Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Demonstrate the company's Core Values</li><li>Responsible for ensuring the Health &amp; Safety of themselves and others</li><li>Report any safety injuries or incidents that occur immediately and assist in investigations as required</li><li>Machine components using CNC equipment as per document requirements</li><li>Set-up and operate machines performing first article manufacturing when required</li><li>Record measurements and fill out inspection log sheets as required</li><li>Document and report any deficiencies as per Quality Management Standards</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required</li><li>Liaise with Team Lead to resolve any machining or assembly issues that may arise</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Ability to run more than one machine when requested</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Required Skills: <ul><li>Journeypersons Certificate is an asset, however, prior experience as a Machinist is considered</li><li>Must be able read and interpret manufacturing drawings</li><li>Understanding of machine programming and control operations (Mazak, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens) is an asset</li><li>API threading experience is an asset</li></ul>Additional requirement <ul><li>Ability to work and collaborate with all levels</li><li>Excellent coordination and mechanical skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Must be open to continuous learning and improvement</li></ul>Physical requirements <ul><li> Able to lift to 50lbs</li><li>Standing for long periods of time</li></ul>CNC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity.
