CNC Programmer / Setup Machinist (Lathe & Mill – Job Shop Environment)

We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist who can take a part from print to completion.This is not an operator position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setup, and running first-piece parts with minimal supervision.
You will be expected to:
- Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances
- Program parts using CAM software and/or conversational controls
- Set up CNC lathes and mills
- Select tooling and optimize processes
- Prove out programs and produce first-piece parts
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments
