Our Equipment

We operate a wide range of advanced equipment to support diverse customer needs:

Swiss CNC Screw Machines

• (7) KSI CNC Swiss Lathes, 32mm, twin spindle, live tooling, Y-axis, C-axis, bar feed, high-volume capable

Multi-Spindle Screw Machines

• (7) Wickman 1-3/4” 6-spindle automatic, pick-off & back drilling
• (4) Wickman 1” 6-spindle automatic, pick-off & back drilling
• (1) Wickman 1-3/8” 6-spindle automatic, pick-off & back drilling
• (12) Davenport 3/4” 5-spindle automatic, pick-off, slotting & cross drilling

CNC Turning Centers

• Ganesh GTS 32 production lathe, twin spindle, 12 ft bar loader
• Ganesh GTS 42 production lathe, twin spindle, 12 ft bar loader

This mix of Swiss-type lathes, Wickman multi-spindles, and Ganesh turning centers gives DW Products the ability to produce everything from small, intricate parts to larger, complex components.

Current Openings

• A Machinists – Setup from blueprint ($30–$35/hr + $0.50 raises every 6 months)
• B Machinists – Program edits & offsets ($26–$28/hr)
• C Machinists / Entry Level Operators – Trainable roles for mechanically inclined individuals ($23–$26/hr)
• Advanced CNC Associate – Multi-axis CNC setup, CAD/CAM programming, inspection, and process improvement involvement (competitive pay + shift premiums)

Shifts: 1st (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), 2nd (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), 3rd (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
