The Work You’ll Be Doing

Machinists at Meta Tech work on:

• Part Types: Complex precision components for energy, aerospace, and defense applications
• Production Style: High-mix work with a mix of repeat jobs and new part setups
• Tolerances: Tight tolerances (commonly ±0.001” or better depending on job)
• Programming & Setup: Machinists are expected to take ownership — many roles involve programming, setup, and operation
