  • C Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (paid for 40 hours)
  • D Shift: Thursday–Saturday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (paid for 40 hours + 15% premium)

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines
  • Machine complex components to tight tolerances in a regulated environment
  • Load, run, and adjust CNC programs as needed
  • Select tooling, offsets, and workholding to ensure optimal results
  • Monitor cutting conditions and make adjustments to maintain accuracy
  • Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

This is hands-on, precision machining — not production button-pushing.

Machines, Controls & Inspection

You’ll work with:

  • Machines: 5-Axis CNC Milling Centers
  • Controls: CNC mill controls (specific platforms vary)
  • CAM Software: Programming exposure preferred
  • Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Proven experience as a CNC mill machinist or operator
  • Hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC machining
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
  • Strong knowledge of setups, tooling, and machining practices
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality

Preferred (Not Required)

  • CNC programming experience
  • Medical device manufacturing background
  • Experience troubleshooting complex machining processes
