👍 Why join Custom Castings?

If you're a CNC Programmer who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges—not just writing code—this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

Custom Castings has been manufacturing high-quality permanent mold aluminum castings for more than 50 years and is part of the Nordstern Group of Companies. As a vertically integrated manufacturer, everything from tooling and casting to CNC machining and inspection happens under one roof, giving programmers the opportunity to influence the entire manufacturing process.

You'll work closely with engineering, quality, automation, and production teams to develop efficient machining processes that improve productivity, consistency, and quality. This position also offers the chance to help shape the company's future automation initiatives, including robotic machine tending, pallet systems, standardized tooling strategies, and lights-out machining.

Custom Castings continues to invest in advanced machining technology, including Makino horizontal machining centers, a 24-pallet flexible manufacturing system, Matsuura 5-axis machining, Mazak turning centers, robotics, and modern inspection equipment.

If you're looking for a stable company where your programming skills directly influence manufacturing performance—and where continuous improvement is encouraged—you'll fit right in.
