This position is hands-on and critical to our operation—ideal for mechanically inclined professionals with strong CNC and electrical system experience.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machining centers, including Mazak, Okuma, Nakamura, Samsung, and DMG Mori equipment.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance (TPM), lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes per manufacturer guidelines.</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical systems (bearings, gears, motors, etc.) and perform root-cause analysis of equipment failures.</li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.</li><li>Use precision measuring tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate and safe machine operation.</li><li>Support facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Respond to emergency repair calls to minimize downtime.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>5+ years of maintenance or CNC repair experience.</li><li>Experience with CNC machining centers (Mazak, Okuma, Nakamura, DMG Mori, Samsung, etc.) preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of PLC systems, AC/DC motors/drives, and industrial electrical systems.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li></ul><h3>Skills &amp; Competencies</h3><ul><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-focused.</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li>Frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs).</li><li>Comfortable working at heights and around loud, active CNC machinery.</li><li>Must be able to work indoors and outdoors as needed.</li></ul><h3>Pay &amp; Benefits</h3>💰 Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
