This isn't repetitive button-pushing. You'll help manufacture precision components used in medical devices, aerospace, defense, and space exploration. Depending on your experience, you could be working on CNC mills, Swiss machines, or advanced mill-turn equipment producing parts where quality matters on every cycle.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines, Swiss machines, CNC lathes, and mill-turn centers
- Read blueprints, process sheets, work instructions, and GD&T requirements
- Perform tool changes, offsets, fixture setup, and workholding adjustments
- Machine precision components from stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other specialty alloys
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Use precision measuring equipment to verify tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Support both prototype and production machining
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating one or more of the following:
- CNC Mills
- CNC Swiss Machines
- CNC Lathes
- CNC Mill-Turn Centers
- Multi-Axis CNC Equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Experience with tooling, offsets, speeds and feeds, and workholding
- Experience machining difficult materials
- Comfortable performing in-process inspection using precision measuring tools
Preferred
- Technical school or machining apprenticeship
- Mastercam experience
- Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls
- Automation or pallet system experience
- Aerospace, medical device, defense, or precision contract manufacturing experience
- Experience working in ISO 13485, AS9100, or ITAR manufacturing environments
