Golis Machine Inc. is a woman-owned, AS9100 Certified, and ITAR registered precision machining company located in Montrose, Pennsylvania. With more than 35 years of experience, we specialize in CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and EDM machining of complex, tight-tolerance parts. Our team produces components from both standard and exotic materials for industries including aerospace, defense, medical, and energy.

Capabilities

• CNC Machining: 2-axis turning up to advanced 5-axis milling
• EDM Machining: Wire EDM for complex contours, cavities, and hardened metals
• Materials Expertise: Stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics, and exotic alloys; also customer-supplied castings and forgings
• Automation & Flexibility: Horizontal milling with pallet pool (~100 pallets) to support Kanban and just-in-time manufacturing
• Finishing Services: Honing, grinding, bead blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, plating, laser marking, heat treating, and more

• Multi-axis CNC mills and lathes (2-axis through 5-axis mill-turn machines)

• Robo Crib 2000 automated tooling inventory system for efficiency and uptime

Quality Commitment

Our Quality Assurance program ensures every part meets or exceeds customer expectations. We use SolidWorks CAD, SPC data systems, and ERP/MRP tools to provide full material traceability and process documentation. Golis Machine is certified to AS9100 standards, with yearly internal and external audits and a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Inspection equipment includes:

• Brown & Sharpe automatic and manual CMMs
• Keyence IM-7020 image measurement system
• OGP contour projectors and Nikon measure scopes
• Full suite of calibrated hand tools and gauges
