Qualifications, Knowledge, Education &amp; Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age to perform this job. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Obtain orders from coordinator or supervisor. </li> <li>Locate and deliver the correct foam type to the saw based on order specification using buggies if needed. </li> <li>Place material on the CNC conveyor. Align material to the left. </li> <li>Position the material properly on the saw table. </li> <li>Load the appropriate program into the machine computer according to proper size, material etc. </li> <li>Turn the blade on. </li> <li>Using the appropriate buttons, drive the blade to the correct starting position. </li> <li>Begin the program and allow the material to be cut. </li> <li>Drive the running blade back to home position and turn the blade off. </li> <li>Remove the cut pieces and scrap from the saw. </li> <li>Place pieces and scrap into buggies and carts respectively. Deliver buggies and carts to designated areas. </li> <li>Mark pieces and order upon completion. Change the saw blade as needed.
