Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Reads blueprints and sets up CNC Lathe to machine parts per specifications</li><li>Edits the G-Code program to machine parts of varying sizes</li><li>Measures raw materials to end products with instruments</li><li>Selects and installs check jaws on the Lathe as needed</li><li>Lifts raw material and attaches it appropriately to the Lathe for milling</li><li>Operates CNC lathe milling machine to turn molds to specifications</li><li>Follows safety precautions and assists maintenance with repairs as needed</li><li>Operates cranes and overhead cranes as needed</li><li>Inspects machined components and reports findings</li></ul> The above statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified; nothing restricts the company's right to change, assign, or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time or for any reason Minimum Requirements <ul><li>Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training</li><li>Experience with Fanuc or Mazak controls must be able to edit and prove out new programs</li><li>Previous experience with downhole tools and sand control equipment</li><li>Select the required tooling and make setups</li><li>Ability to enter information into the Cimco database accurately</li><li>Basic math skills needed for business calculations</li><li>Basic understanding of machines and machine tools</li><li>Able to work flexible hours, including weekends</li><li>Able to work second shift position</li><li>Will require running two lathes at times when needed</li></ul> Education <ul><li>High school diploma or GED required, or a minimum of one to three years work related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li></ul> TECHNICAL SKILLS <ul><li>Proficient in communicating with colleagues and in creating a team working environment.</li><li>Current health, safety &amp; environmental (HSE) training as per division training matrix (Includes both regulatory and SES required courses).</li><li>Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safe operations.</li><li>Ethical business practices.</li><li>Applicable PPE is required to complete assigned tasks.</li><li>Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.</li><li>Understanding written statements in work-related documents.</li><li>Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and recommend solutions.</li></ul> BEHAVIORAL ABILITIES <ul><li>Ability to safely operate, maintain, and perform minor repairs on equipment.</li><li>Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.</li><li>Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.</li><li>Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
