What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate CNC machines within specified tolerances
- Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and machine programs
- Change worn tooling and make minor offset adjustments
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Complete job routers, documentation, and production logs
- Perform basic preventative maintenance per daily checklists
- Support GMP/GDP compliance standards
- Maintain 5S and safe working practices
- Identify and escalate production or quality issues as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Required
- High School Diploma or GED

- Associate’s degree or Machinist certificate
