Your Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Read and interpret mechanical blueprints to set up and operate CNC machining centers. 

🔹 Work with high-performance materials while maintaining tight tolerances. 

🔹 Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, bore gauges, micrometers) to ensure quality. 

🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 

🔹 Collaborate with engineers and machinists to meet customer deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3 - 5 years of CNC machining experience, aerospace preferred. 

✅ Strong G & M code programming skills (Mastercam a plus!). 

✅ Ability to work with stainless & high-temp alloys. 

✅ Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills. 

✅ Team player with a self-starter attitude.
