🏭 About RAM Welding, Inc.

RAM Welding got its start in the Barnett Shale region and opened a dedicated Permian Basin division in Lubbock in 2012, building a reputation over more than a decade on certified coil tubing welding, wellhead installation, and pipe and structural fabrication for oil and gas operators. The shop has been a Quality Tubing-certified coil tubing welder since 2016 and stands behind its work with a "Straight to Bottom" guarantee on every coil weld. Owner Rusty is hands-on with customers and crews alike, and the shop has built its name on reliability, quality, and a refusal to cut corners even under industry pressure to move faster. RAM Welding has grown its capabilities to include in-house CNC turning, milling, and mill-turn machining, producing tight-tolerance components for oilfield and general industrial customers alongside its core welding and fabrication work.

👍 Why you'll like working here

This is an owner-led shop where the person answering the phone is the person who built the business — Rusty is directly involved in the work and easy to reach. You'll take parts from print to finished product yourself: programming, setup, tooling, machining, inspection, and process improvement, on tight-tolerance oilfield and general industrial components. RAM Welding has built its name over more than a decade by holding a quality standard even when the industry pressures shops to lower it, and the CNC department is a genuine growth area within an established, respected oilfield welding and fabrication business.
