🏭 About Gulfco Manufacturing

Gulfco Manufacturing is a privately-owned manufacturer based in Pueblo, Colorado, building parts, equipment, and industrial solutions for the global food processing and packaging industries. The company's roots trace back to Atlas Pacific Engineering, founded in 1946 in Emeryville, California, which relocated to Pueblo in 1986 and grew into a specialist in food processing equipment. After acquiring Magnuson CCM, Luthi Machinery, and Brown International, Atlas Pacific relocated its engineering, sales, and service functions to Centennial, Colorado in 2018 - a move that led to the creation of Gulfco Manufacturing, which remains based at the original Pueblo plant.

Today, Gulfco Manufacturing handles manufacturing for the full Atlas Pacific, Brown International, Luthi Machinery, and Magnuson CCM product lines, while also offering third-party manufacturing services. Gulfco is part of the Gulftech family of companies, a family-owned group with an international footprint spanning 85 countries, and is known for its "small company culture" backed by the financial support of a stable multinational private holding firm.

👍 Why you'll like working here

Gulfco combines the stability of a well-established, multinational-backed manufacturer with the culture of a small shop. Expert-level machinists here get real autonomy, including a say in how work orders are sequenced to hit the production schedule, and the company has a track record of sustained growth and capital investment in its people and equipment. The Pueblo facility runs a 4-day work week with 1st and 2nd shift openings, and offers relocation assistance for machinists looking to make Southern Colorado home.

⚙️ What you'll be working on

Gulfco's work spans four core manufacturing processes for its food processing and packaging customers: intricate, tight-tolerance manual MIG and TIG welding (including thin-gauge stainless steel and exotic metals), precision CNC and manual machining across a wide variety of materials, high-precision sheet metal fabrication using modern cutting and forming equipment, and specialized assembly and testing of complex automated industrial food processing machines and systems.
