This is a straightforward, hands-on CNC mill role with a schedule built around real time off: 4x10, Monday through Thursday, so you get a three-day weekend every week, with your choice of 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or 3rd shift (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Pay runs $23.79 - $32.71 per hour depending on experience. You'd be working for an established, publicly traded global manufacturer (NYSE: EPAC) with more than a century in business, producing components that go straight into Enerpac's own hydraulic tools and controlled-force products under the Hydratight brand.

⚙️ What you'll be working on

• Setting up and operating CNC mill equipment in the production cell, including running multiple machines in cycle
• Reading process sheets, prints, and sketches to determine setup, dimensional specs, and operating requirements
• Catching defective parts and correcting the print, process, or program as needed
• Inspecting your own work and the work feeding into your process for deviations from print or program
• Moving completed product to the next process per the routing sheet

🛠️ Machines & technology

CNC Mills: Fanuc- and Mazatrol-controlled CNC mills running small-batch production. Overhead crane experience is a plus for moving heavier parts and fixtures.
