You'd be running CNC mills in a small-batch production cell, setting up and operating equipment, reading prints, and catching issues before they become scrap. It's a 4x10 schedule (Monday-Thursday), so you get three-day weekends every week, with a choice of 2nd or 3rd shift.
What you'll be doing
- Set up and operate CNC mill equipment in the production cell, including running multiple machines in cycle
- Read process sheets, prints, and sketches to determine setup, dimensional specs, and operating requirements
- Catch defective parts and correct the print, process, or program as needed
- Inspect your own work and the work feeding into your process for deviations from print or program
- Move completed product to the next process per the routing sheet
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
Machines, controls and software
CNC mills with Fanuc and Mazatrol controls, running small-batch production. Overhead crane experience is a plus for moving heavier parts and fixtures.
What we're looking for
Required:
- Ability to read prints/blueprints and work to tolerance
- CNC mill setup and operation experience
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Fanuc and/or Mazatrol control experience

Pay, benefits and schedule
$23.79 - $32.71 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule is 4x10, Monday through Thursday, with a choice of 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or 3rd shift (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
Physical demands and work environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing role. You'll regularly use your hands for fine and gross motor tasks, and occasionally stand, walk, and lift or move up to 50 pounds; some tasks call for frequently lifting up to 10 pounds. You'll be working in a manufacturing environment near moving mechanical parts, with noise levels that vary by area of the building.
