With a growing team of around 80 members, we pride ourselves on our fast-paced, mission-driven culture, where every member plays a crucial role in our success.</p><h3><br>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>&nbsp;Lead CNC Milling Operations: Set daily priorities, manage output, and ensure parts meet quality and delivery targets.</li><li>Manage Tooling and Consumables: Maintain accurate inventory, track tool life, and prevent downtime.</li><li>Train Operators: Develop operator skills through hands-on training, clear standards, and direct feedback.</li><li>Track Production Metrics: Monitor output, scrap, and cycle times.
