CNC Machinist IV (2nd Shift)

Job Description We are looking for a talented CNC Skilled Machinist - Level IV to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensuring Safe Operations: By safely setting up, operating, inspecting, and maintaining various machining work-centers, you will contribute to a secure and efficient work environment. Operating Advanced Equipment: Handling integrated production cells, auto gaging, auto load/unload via robots, and CNC equipment will ensure smooth and automated production processes. Meeting High Standards: Producing components that meet or exceed Meritor design engineering specifications will uphold the company's reputation for quality. Performing Changeovers and Setups: Efficiently performing changeovers and setups, and recognizing and addressing machining issues, will maintain production flow and minimize downtime.
