A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production machines operate at peak efficiency. Imagine dismantling, repairing, and assembling machinery while collaborating closely with engineering peers and production leads. You will take charge of the shop floor in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, providing guidance and training to others. Your expertise will directly contribute to minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency, making a significant impact on our production capabilities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will plan and execute maintenance projects, sourcing outside contractors as needed.
  • Analyze technical problems on-site and complete repairs with a focus on mechatronical systems.
  • Execute ramp-up, setup, and start procedures to prepare machines for operations.
  • Contribute to installation projects and support Industrial Engineers in achieving project goals.
  • Document and maintain records of mechatronical, calibration, and maintenance results.

What You Bring

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical systems and machine controls.
  • Proficient in machine alignment and geometry adjustment for multi-axis systems.
  • Skilled in performing laser alignment calibrations and machine calibration services.
  • You can read blueprints, create sketches, and develop scopes of work effectively.
  • Knowledgeable in Siemens 840D, FANUC, and Allen-Bradley controls for troubleshooting.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
