Position Summary This role is a skilled role responsible for setting up and running CNC equipment to machine or fabricate a variety of precision components to specifications by following drawings, work instructions and in-process inspection requirements. CNC Operator - 2nd Shift

We are looking for CNC Operators to join our team and be responsible for producing machined parts by setting up computer numerical control (CNC) machines. They are accountable for maintaining quality and safety standards within their assigned work area. They also provide skilled support to all areas of the machine shop. CNC Operator III

Overview &amp; Responsibilities To set up and operate horizontal lathes and grinders related to the machining, grinding, milling and turning of all rotor shafts and sleeves. This would also include impeller coupons and grinding of buckets. 2nd Shift CNC Operator - Wood Shop

Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00 pm to 5:00 am and Friday 2:00 pm to 2:00 am Triad Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC saws to cut materials according to specifications. If you have experience with CNC machinery and a strong commitment to quality and safety, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC saws to cut materials based on production schedules and blueprints. • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine cutting requirements. • Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain optimal performance and quality. • Perform quality checks on finished products using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC saws and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines. Requirements: • Previous experience as a CNC Saw Operator or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and processes. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. • Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Technical degree or certification in machining or CNC operations. • Experience with other CNC machinery or fabrication processes. • Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
