CNC Operator
Full Time
26-30 / hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00 pm to 5:00 am and Friday 2:00 pm to 2:00 am
Triad Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC saws to cut materials according to specifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC saws to cut materials based on production schedules and blueprints.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine cutting requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain optimal performance and quality.
• Perform quality checks on finished products using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC saws and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a CNC Saw Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical degree or certification in machining or CNC operations.
• Experience with other CNC machinery or fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
