We’re growing our team in Holland, MI, and are looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist/Programmer to join us.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Operate OKK CNC Milling Machines: Set up, program (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar), and operate our OKK CNC mills to produce precision components.</li><li>Efficient Production: Complete machining jobs on time while maintaining quality and accuracy.</li><li>Scheduling &amp; Coordination: Manage the toolroom schedule, communicate job status, and support inventory management of materials and tooling.</li><li>Shop Leadership: Promote quality standards, raise awareness of issues, and support training/expectations across the shop.</li><li>Organization: Maintain an orderly file structure, keep tooling and fixtures organized, and document print changes.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Escalate issues, suggest process improvements, and support a root-cause/corrective-action mindset.</li><li>Quality Control: Inspect parts, stop production if quality concerns arise, and provide feedback on prints and designs.</li><li>Flexibility: Assist with grinding, lapping, and mechanical assembly when needed.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>3–5 years of CNC Mill operation experience (setup, programming, and operation).</li><li>Hands-on experience with OKK CNC milling machines (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency with Fusion 360, Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software.</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.</li><li>Skilled with precision measuring tools and GD&amp;T.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple jobs.</li><li>Positive, team-focused attitude, even in challenging situations.</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Pay: $25–$35/hr (based on experience)</li><li>Health and Dental Insurance</li><li>410K with Company Match</li><li>Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonus</li><li>Full-time, steady work with opportunities for growth</li><li>Supportive team culture with a focus on continuous improvement</li></ul>Location Holland, MI – Join a shop that’s central to West Michigan manufacturing and be part of a team that values precision and innovation.Additional Shop Equipment While this position is focused on our OKK CNC milling machines, MHR also operates Mazak CNC lathes.
