- B Shift: Sun–Wed | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+15% shift premium)
- C Shift: Fri–Sun | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (paid for 40 hours)
- D Shift: Thu–Sat | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (paid for 40 hours + 15% premium)
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (1–2 years)
Overtime: Built into select shift schedules

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines producing precision medical components
- Load, run, and adjust CNC programs as required
- Monitor cutting conditions, offsets, and tooling to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
This is hands-on machining — not button-pushing.

What We’re Looking For
Required
- 1–2 years of CNC lathe or machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- CNC programming or advanced setup exposure
- Experience troubleshooting machining issues
