👍 Why join Continental Tool Group?

Continental Tool Group manufactures and supplies engineered pneumatic and power-tool solutions used across aerospace, automotive, fleet maintenance, industrial, military, and MRO markets. This is a senior manufacturing leadership role with global reach, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer and shaping CNC programming strategy across multiple sites.

The Global CNC Programming Manager will build a unified multi-site programming organization, improve how work is prioritized, and standardize programs and work instructions. The role combines hands-on CNC programming knowledge with team leadership, process development, capital-equipment planning, and continuous improvement. It is a strong opportunity for someone who understands both the technical details of machining and the operational systems needed to scale consistent performance.

⚙️ What you'll be doing

  • Build and lead a unified, multi-site CNC programming team.
  • Create a system to receive, organize, and prioritize programming requests.
  • Standardize CNC programs, tool lists, work instructions, macros, and toolpath libraries.
  • Improve machine utilization, cycle times, setup consistency, and production throughput.
  • Evaluate under-utilized or ill-equipped capital assets and recommend upgrades or replacement.
  • Drive Esprit implementation, machine upgrades, and improved programming practices.
  • Partner with operations and quality leaders to develop SOPs and training tools.
  • Analyze production data and implement improvements tied to efficiency, tooling cost, and capital performance.
  • Develop cross-training and certification programs that build bench strength across sites.
  • Identify, develop, and support programming and machining leaders.
