The four-day core schedule gives you consistent 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with Friday work only as production needs require. ⚙️ What you'll be doing

• Set up and operate CNC machines and occasional manual machine tools
• Read job packets, layouts, blueprints and CNC programs
• Load and unload steel materials and machined parts
• Adjust tooling and offsets as required
• Measure and inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges and other inspection tools
• Record production and inspection data accurately
• Perform side operations during machine cycles
• Complete daily machine maintenance and escalate larger maintenance needs
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and support quality and productivity goals across shifts

✅ What we're looking for

Required

• Experience in a job-shop or production-machining environment, including full setups
• Ability to read blueprints, CNC programs, job packets and operational layouts
• Skill with calipers, micrometers, gauges and other basic inspection tools
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting and critical-thinking ability
• Ability to work with limited supervision while meeting quality and performance requirements
• Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 75 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Degree or training in Machine Tool Technology
• Manual machining experience
• Equipment repair and maintenance experience
