About the Role

Golis Machine is seeking skilled CNC Machinists with experience in CNC Turning and Milling Centers. This role involves setting up machines, running production, and maintaining the high standards of precision and quality our customers expect in the aerospace, defense, medical, and energy industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform setups and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Interpret and work from manufacturing blueprints
• Apply machining principles to produce precision parts to spec
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Proven CNC machining experience in milling and/or turning
• Strong setup and operation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Solid blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards
