Washington Machine Works

We are a nine-person job-shop machine shop in Seattle, WA specializing in large parts, small runs and hard-to-work materials. We work on prototypes, obsolete replacement parts, low-volume production for aerospace / marine / heavy equipment / food processing / pulp & paper. No two jobs are the same.

Machinists plan the whole thing — ops, sequence, work holding, tooling, speeds and feeds — write and prove out the program in Mastercam, build your own soft jaws and fixtures, and run it. Then inspect it and document the first article
