The Work You’ll Be Doing
Manufacturing and production teams at WAI work on precision-driven, high-volume components that power vehicles and industrial equipment worldwide.
You will be involved in:
- High-volume production of rotating electrical and engine-related components
- Precision assembly and manufacturing of alternators, starters, and engine management systems
- Supporting automated production systems and robotics-driven workflows
- Working with CNC-assisted and laser-supported manufacturing processes
- Maintaining strict quality control across repeatable production runs
- Supporting tooling, fixture, and process optimization in production environments
- Performing in-process checks to ensure OEM-level compliance
