Translarity is an innovative semiconductor technology company specializing in advanced wafer probe solutions used to test the semiconductor chips that power today's electronics. Headquartered in Silicon Valley with manufacturing operations in Hutto, Texas, and additional facilities across Asia, the company supports many of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers with precision-engineered products and advanced manufacturing expertise.

Since its founding in 2003, Translarity has built a reputation for innovation, holding more than 100 patents related to semiconductor test technology and MEMS probe solutions. Rather than producing commodity components, the company develops highly engineered products where precision machining, manufacturing quality, and continuous process improvement directly influence product performance.

For CNC machinists, that means working in a modern precision manufacturing environment where every component matters. The machining team works closely with engineering to produce complex, high-precision parts while continually improving programming, tooling, and machining processes.

Unlike many production machine shops, Translarity offers the opportunity to contribute to products supporting one of the world's fastest-growing industries. Whether you're an experienced CNC programmer or a machinist looking to develop programming skills, you'll find opportunities to expand your knowledge while working alongside a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous learning.

Working at Translarity offers the chance to machine precision components used in the semiconductor industry—one of the most advanced and rapidly growing sectors in manufacturing.

The Hutto facility offers a collaborative environment where machinists work directly with engineers to solve challenging manufacturing problems instead of simply running production. Experienced programmers have the opportunity to optimize machining strategies, while less experienced machinists can grow into programming roles through hands-on mentoring and real-world experience.

You'll work in a modern manufacturing environment producing tight-tolerance components where quality and craftsmanship matter. With consistent overtime opportunities, competitive pay, shift differentials, and a growing global business behind the operation, Translarity offers long-term career potential for machinists who enjoy precision work and continuous improvement.

At Translarity, CNC machinists produce precision components used in advanced semiconductor wafer testing systems. Daily work includes programming, setting up, and operating CNC 3-axis milling equipment and precision surface grinders while collaborating with engineering to improve machining processes and product quality.

Machinists are encouraged to take ownership of programming, tooling selection, process optimization, and inspection. Depending on experience, you'll create and refine CNC programs, troubleshoot machining challenges, perform in-process inspections, and help improve manufacturing efficiency. Every part contributes directly to highly engineered products where precision and consistency are critical.
