Company Overview

Siddhi Integrated Manufacturing Services (SIMS) is a precision machining and contract manufacturing company based in Clarksville, IN. Since 2021, SIMS has grown from a two-Haas setup in a 300 sq ft garage to a climate-controlled 20,000 sq ft facility producing complex, tight-tolerance parts for demanding industries. As an MBE-certified business, SIMS combines modern equipment, engineering expertise, and rigorous quality systems to deliver repeatable results at competitive cost and turnaround.

Core Capabilities

  • Multi-axis CNC milling (up to 5-axis) — vertical & horizontal machining centers, pallet changers for high-volume efficiency
  • CNC turning & Swiss machining — conventional and Swiss-style sliding-head machines (Swiss up to 9-axis) and turn-mill centers
  • EDM (sinker & wire) for intricate geometries and hard-to-machine features
  • Stamping and plastic/metal injection molding for assembly and higher-volume parts
  • Prototype to production: from micro-class components to large multi-axis parts

Typical Parts & Products

  • High-precision components for medical, aerospace, defense, communications, and transportation
  • Complex firearm components (slides, firing pins, trigger bars, locking blocks, springs) — designs, reverse engineering, and production of upper/lower internals for Glock and SIG platforms, manufactured in the USA

Equipment & Platforms (representative)

  • 3–5 axis vertical & horizontal machining centers (HMC / VMC)
  • Drill/tap centers and palletized cells for repeatability and throughput
  • Multi-axis single & twin spindle lathes (turning up to 3" on conventional; Swiss up to 1.5" OD capability)
  • Swiss sliding-head machines and turn-mill centers (up to 9-axis capabilities)
  • Sinker and wire EDM machines
  • Mitutoyo CMM, optical comparator, precision gauges and metrology suite

Software & Processes

  • Advanced CAM programming and continuous process optimization to reduce cycle time and scrap
  • In-house reverse engineering from CAD or physical samples
  • Strong focus on DFx, fixture design, and optimized toolpath strategies to deliver cost-effective, high-quality parts

Quality, Certifications & Regulatory Compliance

  • ISO 9001 certified
  • AS9100D certified (aerospace-grade quality system)
  • ITAR compliant and registered for export-control requirements
  • Type 07 FFL licensed (manufacturer of firearms other than destructive devices) and ATF registered
  • Metrology backed by a Mitutoyo CMM and calibrated inspection equipment
