Riverside was founded in 1986 in Huron, South Dakota, with a simple purpose: manufacture the metal equipment local hog farmers needed. It doesn’t get much smaller or more niche than that.

But when a small fabrication shop does good work, they get a big reputation. Companies in construction, oil & gas, and other tough industries came to us because they needed results.

Riverside has brought the same attention to detail and insistence on excellence to every job. Over the years, we’ve added laser cutting, robotic welding, vertical milling, and CNC machining. We moved to help our clients control their raw material stock by sourcing diverse, high-quality metals.

The team now offers assembly, packaging, inventory management, and just about everything else our clients could ask for.
